Interview
The hiring process started with a phone interview and it continued with an online assessment which took about two hours. It contains a lot of questions. They asked me to set up a PLC test. It should be printed, filled, scanned and emailed. It should be done in one hour. After that AutoCAD test was started and it was same as the PLC test.
Interview process was for a junior position. It was lightly technical but not as difficult as I expected. They asked about past skills but I was not required to program or design anything.

I applied online. After 2 weeks I had a phone interview and then an online assessment which took more then two hours. It contains about 200 questions. They asked me to set up a PLC and AutoCAD test. It should be printed, scanned and emailed. After that AutoCAD test was started and it schematics. One hour was given to each test.
