Had 3 interviews, 1 over the phone and 2 in person. I thought they went exceptionally well. I never received a call so I left a voice message asking for someone to get back to me and never received a call back. I felt it slightly unprofessional to not at least call or email and let me know they are continuing on with other applicants, especially since I am very qualified and left the interviews feeling positive. If you have an entire dept dedicated to hiring and training, that should be apart of the process.

Didn't go through the entire process but you begin with a video call and if you have a successful screen then you'll have a second interview. It was very quick to get scheduled and was a simple process, which was a pleasant difference from how the market is nowadays. It was more of a conversation than being peppered with questions.
