About a 3 or 4 interview process, depending on how many area managers. Will meet, talk about experience. They do a standard personality test, which HR is strict to hire your position with your results. So if you ant outside, answer strategically.

I Interviewed with the District Manager. He was very friendly, I also met the staff which was very friendly. We toured the showrooms and the warehouse. The overall interview process was great

One phone interview, one in person interview. The interview was a group interview but it was easy, smooth and I didn't feel any pressure. Everyone in the interview joined in and made the conversation flow very easily.
