I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CPI Card Group
Interview
I applied online and was contacted not long after by a recruiter for an initial phone screen. The next step was another phone interview, and an onsite interview was scheduled. The onsite interview was very straightforward. No one played any games or tried any "gotcha" questions that are normally seen in the corporate world. I was very impressed. I haven't been through an interview process like that in a long time. During the interview, they talked about the company culture, and the entire process reflected it. This was possibly the best interview experience I've had. The next business day after the interview, I received an offer.
