Contacted by HR by LinkedIn in late Oct. I remember seeing this job post since June. Saw the job kept posting over and over. Ask me general questions regarding my experience. HR seems happy with my background, however mentioned HM might be bit nervous since he is in west coast while I am in east coast. well, first of all it's a remote role. I would recommend they put west coast candidate in the JD if other places will make HM nervous. Also, maybe it's the reason HM is more focused on location rather than skills, qualifications, after more than 4 months, I keep seeing the same post over and over again.

Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter, followed by a case study in Excel, then two more phone interviews after that — one with a VP and one with the President of a portfolio company. All interviews went well but I was ghosted at the end of the process.

Phone calls consisted of all behavioral questions with the exception of a few simple case questions during the second call. The Excel case study was an LTV calculation exercise.
