Interview
The interview process has more than one steps at CSG for hiring software developer. The First step is screening of resume document by the authorized and qualified staff in the HR Department of the company which is usually followed by a entry level technical interview which is arranged after confirming time with the candidate. This is main and important part of the whole process. Depending upon the outcome there may be one or two interviews followed. There definitely is one interview with a senior manager before final offer is made to the successful candidate.

Multiple steps in the hiring process. All interviews were in english.

Spoke with the recruiter and initial screening for team programming language. Met the hiring manager in second call where we discussed team and expectations of role. Submitted code sample for review and then was made an offer.
