The phone screen conducted was very thorough, good communication up until after the face to face interview. Met with multiple people. Some very good, some very scattered. Was told I would know one way or another within a week. It has been three plus weeks and no communication. Obviously I did not make it to the next level but it would be nice if they had the courtesy to close the process.
