There is a skill test that requires skills not for this position. Pixel perfect pad to html. There was no warning that I need to have adobe photoshop installed so basically from 60 minutes my Test took me about two days to complete. Hi! Our project managers need the ability to utilize Photoshop and other industry standard software and we need to evaluate their understanding of common HTML - we are a web design and development firm afterall.
We ask for a pixel perfect conversion to gauge skill in relevant areas- a project manager could be hired with a lower score there, but their responsibilities and offer may reflect that.
