I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Woonsocket, RI) in Sep 2016
Interview
It was very easy interview. I was asked a lot of scenario questions regarding how I dealt with adversity in the workplace and instinces where I used data to inform decisions. However, my lack of technical skills really hurt my chances, but I was told this upfront which I really appreciated. The interviewer was nice and gave me great advice.

Describe a time where you instilled data insights.
Straightforward process with behavioral interview to discuss past experience and skills, and case interview. My first interview was over the phone, second was onsite at the office I would be working at.
Initially I was screened by HR after a recruiter contacted me. After this, followed a phone interview. Then I chose to do an in person interview instead of zoom. It was nice to be offered a choice.
Got a very quick response from the team after submitting application. After filling out application was invited to do a video interview through their platform. You record your answers and get about 30 seconds before each question to prepare.
