The interview process seemed a bit lengthy as there was an agency doing the initial outreach for CVS and then a second round of interviews with the actual employer. I feel that the process could have gone much quicker if a representative from the company did the initial phone screen.

They first sent me a no thank you email after applying, then a Recruiter called. I agreed to have an interview on Monday. Arrived Monday. 2 person interview. By the end of the week they called offering me the position. Same day I filled out the information needed for the background check and took the drug test.
