Interview
Received request for a phone screening interview within two weeks after applying for the role. Progressed to the hiring manager interview, which was done within two weeks as well. The interview team members afforded me a very positive interview experience. They created an environment where I felt relaxed, and thus, was able to present a strong case why I would be a good fit for the role.

The interview process was straightforward. I met with the hiring manager, answered questions about my experience, availability, and customer service skills, and had the opportunity to ask questions about the position.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well
