Started with a virtual interview, then I met with about five more people. Once I pass the virtual interview, the following interviews were fairly quick until I got an offer. However, I interviewed for a few rolls, until I landed one. So if you don’t get the first role you apply for you should keep trying.

This requisition was tied to two recruiters. The first conducted a screening interview. Then, about three days later, I received an email from another recruiter who coordinated my first interview with the hiring manager. This recruiter provided a The hiring manager asked typical behavioral questions, but after introductions, she turned off her camera and started eating lunch through my interview. It was odd to me and threw me a little, but perhaps this is an Aetna/CVS culturally accepted practice. In addition to typical behavioral questions, the hiring manager asked me what my definition of population health was and after stating the Institute of Health Improvement’s definition, she corrected me with her unique definition of population health. It was an interesting, one of a kind interview experience!
