Questions were not difficult. They were all basic questions.
First interview was through an online portal. It is timed questions you have to answer via video. Second interview was with hiring manager. Third interview was with the director. Basic interview question and very personable interviewers.

Online zoom interview with one clinical director followed by in person visit to practice for a tour of the clinic and an informal chat with employees and manager. I spent about 1.5 hours there getting to know the staff and the layout.
