Long and unpersonal,. Had several online interviews and tests but did not speak to any life person. Finally I had an actual meeting which lasted for 5 hours and I was offered only 1 coffee
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Veterinary Group (Bath, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
I thought it was a forward thinking interview, they asked about me and why I was interested in the job, what I could bring to the role. They had a quick fire round which I liked of giving my self a number between 1 and 10 then saying 'resilience' 'organisation' 'time keeping' 'flexibility' They had a GSOH too and were easy to chat to.
