A week and a half after applying online I was offered a 30-minute interview with a recruiter. It was very relaxed, with general information about the role and your typical behavioral questions. Three days later I had my second interview with the manager of the position. the interview lasted about 30 minutes as well and asked me a handful of background and behavioral questions. I just happened to have exact healthcare experience they were looking for so my interview only lasted half the allocated time. 20 minutes after my interview, I was asked to give them a list of referrals, where they then asked my referrals more questions than they actually asked me. A day after turning in my Referral I was offered a position. From first contact, to offer it was only 8 business days.
