I had a first round interview with the recruiter and the following week had a second round interview with the hiring manager. After being told I'd hear back by the end of the week, I didn't hear anything. The following week, I emailed the recruiter asking for an update. I never received an email back, and I saw that the position was reposted on LinkedIn shortly thereafter. Some feedback for recruiting - this is a very challenging time in a number of people's lives. Candidates appreciate updates and feedback even in normal times. In the future, if a candidate isn't moving forward please show them the courtesy of letting them know.

There was a phone screening with an HR rep that was very excited at my background and told me that if I didn’t get this position she would keep me in mind for others as they came up. Then another phone interview with a director, before meeting the team in a panel interview. I hadn’t personally interviewed in many years and may not have been as prepared as I could have or should have been. Coupled with 1 particular fellow who seemed intent on making me think of specific scenarios on the spot and my mind went blank. It was unfortunate because now when I try to apply for other similar positions I seem to get automatic rejection letters from HR without another opportunity to prove myself again even though I have over 12 years of health care project management experience.
