Half hour interview with the hiring manager, followed by two panel interviews - one with direct reports, and one with peers to the position. All communication with the recruiter was via email, which was a challenge when trying to find mutually agreeable times for an interview. Interview
Recruitment team was great. Very personable, helpful and communicative... at first. Then after doing a series of 1:1 and group interviews, I had to chase them to get an update. In the end, they went with an internal candidate, which upon reflection, they probably had in mind the entire time. It was a total waste of my time.
