I had two interviews. The first was an hour and a half of interpersonal questions, job related questions, and a skills test with SQL Leetcode style questions. It was a great experience. The second interview was with a director level person and a horizontal level colleague. The questions were about analytics and presentations to portray data insight. At the end, the director made it pretty clear I wouldn't be his choice candidate, so I didn't expect an offer.
