It was a two stage process. First stage with Engineering Manager which was about checking if I am the right fit for their culture and values and environment and vice versa. The second one with two Tech Leads with a presentation of a recent project I worked on and follow up questions.

Present a project you worked the whole tech stack, architecture and etc.

Initial contact of code tests took days to arrive through E-mail. A simple question was not answered through E-mail.
The team might be agile, but not the recruitment team.
Lack of communication, and code review took more than 2 weeks to response. Sent a thank you after no offer and asked for feedback in detail.

A lady from recruitment team handles all the communication, and there was a recent departure of the head of the department.
The first around of code test took almost 3 weeks.
