I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Campaign Monitor (Sydney) in Jan 2022
Interview
The first round is HM hire, which mainly talks about your past experience the expectations of this role, and some of the behavior questions, it is easy to get pass to the next round. The technical round is about 2 sections, the first section is an easy-medium Leetcode question, and the second part is about a knowledge check around the basics, cloud services, and distributed system knowledge. I cleared the code question but failed on the knowledge question
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Campaign Monitor (Sydney) in Mar 2021
Interview
The hiring hr is really responsive and friendly and the hiring committee is also professional and friendly. The whole process took about 2-3 weeks. They ask the domain knowledges as well as a live coding question
I applied online. I interviewed at Campaign Monitor (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2020
Interview
had a initial 30 min interview with a recruiter where I was asked a bunch of behavioral questions and then some questions about what technologies I have learned and how long I have been working with them. Great conversation overall.
Asked about the next steps in the interview process just to see how what it would look like now that we are all social distancing. So it will be another call with the hiring manager, then an emailed coding test, then a 3 hour video call with a paired coding test and behavioral questions. Looking forward to seeing if I make it to the next steps.
