Fairly straightforward first stage interview with competency style questions and around prior experiences. The next stage, my experience turned on its head completely - I've never met a more obnoxious group of people who have no clue what they want from this role and why its important. Stay clear of Campari UK, they don't make that much anyway in the grand scheme of things, so I'm pretty happy I dodged a bullet.
