Interview
The interviews with the N+1 and N+2 were very pleasant. Both of them have worked in the industry for a very long time. However, the local HR and the Singapore talent acquisition team had lots of miscommunications and very little sense of deadline. What's more, the local HR would be calling me at nearly 8pm on a Wednesday night asking if I would still be interested in the role if they couldn't match other offer I got. After I expressed interests, the HR said she would get back to me in 2 days, and that was the last time the Campari HRs ever took the inactive to contact me. i tried messaging them a few times, but they either ghosted me or replied 'we haven't got the time to review'. I had other options with better packages so the incident did not affect me, but I do hope that a professional HR team would have the decency to give the feedback to all candidates, especially the one that invested the time and effort to prepare for the interviews. Some professionally and respect or a simple 'no' would be nice
