I've been contacted by a recruiter for a position that I had never worked in before, even though some of the activities matched my experience. After that, I didn't hear from him for a while and received no response to my follow-up emails. Two months later, another recruiter called me and took over the process. We had the first meeting online, which progressed to the next step with the department manager. This step was a bit more technical, but not excessively so. Unfortunately, I haven't received any feedback despite sending follow-up emails to both recruiters. It seems that the process is not very organized, and they don't care about the candidates' time. I've spent a lot of time participating in these calls over three months and haven't even received feedback.
