I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Camunda in May 2023
Interview
I felt supported in every step of the process, but it is way too long: almost 2 months from the application to the latest (negative) feedback I heard from the hiring team, and I don't even think I was done with interviews yet. Four interviews in the process, first one very generic with hr, second session was technical with line manager, third session was technical with line manager and an engineer from the team, fourth session was topic-generic with stakeholders. I got rejected after the last one so I can't say how many in total, I would have expected at least one more with senior management. After so many sessions I would have expected at least a proper feedback instead of the usual generic chatter, but this is pretty standard I have to say

Question 1
field-related technical scenarios that I won't disclose, and common generic ones to gauge cultural match like "why are you leaving?" and "why did you choose Camunda?"
