Applied online for a posted position. Spoke with a recruiter and 2 managers shortly after I applied. All 3 interviews were over the phone. All of the questions asked were pretty simple and felt more like a pleasant conversation from all 3 individuals. Everything was seemingly going well after I interviewed with the last manager and then radio silence. I reached out to the recruiter via email, inquiring about the status of the position they were hiring for and heard nothing back. I was completely ghosted and this shows a complete lack of respect and professionalism towards applicants.
