Interview
HR pushed the interview process off on the current site managers who had no interview experience. They really asked no questions and just gave me the opportunity to talk about my self. During an interview there should be very specific questions asked of the candidate so get a feel for how they would react. This was really just an hour of the 2 managers talking about their jobs. I left feeling they felt I was over qualified for the position. Other than a rejection letter 2 days later I got no feedback that tells me that I should continue looking at this company for higher level positions or if they feel I am not a good fit for their company.
I understand that HR gets 100's of resumes and can't giver personnel attention to each one, but my opinion is that once they have decided you were qualified enough for an interview, a little more attention should be given to the respnse
