To all of the people interested in this position, DO NOT PASS GO. Would NOT recommend. First, the position has been open for well over 4 months. At least three times, the job posting has been changed (no JD requirement, JD preferred and now Admitted Attorney), and with the most recent change, the salary has been reduced from $170-185K to $170K-$180K. You can Google and find all of the many job postings of this position. You can also Google the very last person to have this position and see that they were in the position for only one year. Pay close attention to the questions each interviewer asks you (There are 4 to 5 rounds) specifically about getting along with people with "strong" personalities. This is key and would give you insight into the type of environment you will be working in. I advanced pretty far in the process and then interviewed with said member with the "strong" personality. Absolutely horrible. I would never recommend this company or team who allows and makes excuses for unprofessional, inappropriate and disgraceful behavior. Look elsewhere! You will be happy you did.
