Interview
2 to 3 hours, including testing for computer skills, and customer service skills, and tour of call center. The interview was not difficult as they were hiring many people to fill a class that would be paid for by the State of New Mexico training program. This program also paid for the new employee for several months after training while actually working at the job - think it was 6 to 8 months total.
