Interview
Ridiculously quick, they had my resume on file and I happened to be looking for a job closer to their office location. Phone screening with basic questions about my experience in terms of analysis, using MS Office products, etc. Brought me in the next week, had a pretty informal meeting with two department managers and they basically offered me two jobs that sounded exactly the same, so I said I didn't really have a preference. Two days later they called with the offer.
