Let me prove that - - You would first get an email from the hiring manager that they are very much interested in your profile. (They would never call you or you would not know anything about the hiring process) - They will then tell you to fill a 700 word questionnaires and a psychometric test. - after filling both of them and spending almost 2 hr, you would get a response from their same hiring manager that they aren't interested. So in my opinion no individual should invest their precious time with them. They don't deserve it. Even the hiring manager is also an AI bot it seems. The mail responses are well-articulated and the templates are similar to some AI response.
