Initially I was interviewed by a panel which included 2 physical therapists, and an SLP. They seemed like nice individuals but they were not focused on the actual interview at all. It seemed like they did not want to be there or had already decided that they were not going to hire me. One of the individuals who was interviewing me was even checking her texts on her iWatch during the actual interview. In my eyes I felt I had come prepared. I had even printed off copies of my resume for each individual on the panel, but none of them seemed interested. They did not even have a series of questions prepared. Which in a NORMAL interview would not have been the case. Majority of the questions during the panel interview were asked by ME! I had also come prepared with a series of questions, which they made it seem like was uninteresting. After the panel interview all of the individuals even made the snarky comment about it being pay day. Again, it showed me they were unconcerned with the interview process and/or had already formulated their opinions prior to the actual interview. The entire panel interview was HIGHLY UNORGANIZED! After the panel, I interviewed with the rehab director. This process was more engaging, because she actually had questions PREPARED! So it was more of a back and forth conversation. Long story short, I left feeling very good overall. The director had promised that she would call me the following week to let me know about my status, but I waited two weeks to find out. And I found out by logging into their website and finding out for myself. Also their HR person said I had not provided any references. Which again was a HUGE LIE! Because if they had bothered to look on my online application/resume I had submitted, they would have seen that I had FOUR references! Also I handed each person in the panel and the rehab director each a resume copy! If you are thinking of applying here, DON'T! Highly unprofessional and unorganized! Also I heard that they DO NOT pay well!
