Interview
1) Online application form - submitted a CV.
2) Situational Strengths test - how you react in different situations.
3) Telephone Interview - questions relating to Why Capgemini? Why this role? How would you react if your manager asked to carry out a task in a way that is different to how you know to do it? What do you characterise as exceptional client service?
4) Assessment Centre - took place in Holborn office. Structured as: Agenda & Overview of the programme, questions with a current graduate, one to one delivery of presentations, then straight into interview, paired exercise, group exercise. NB they may take ages to get ages back to you after the assessment centre, even longer than the time they specified.

How would you change this presentation if you were doing it to a senior director? What could you have improved on your presentation? How did you prepare for this presentation? Why didn’t you use slides? Are you flexible to travel? The role involves analysing data, are you happy with this? How would you deal with a client that didn’t agree with the way the team was doing things? When do you feel teams work best? Why would somebody think they could give you some more responsibility? Why do you think joining Capgemini will be good for your career? Why do you want to work at Capgemini? What motivates you? Would you be happy to deliver this presentation to senior member of the organisation?
