Regular interview questions. you should focus on getting or talking about the CFA since managers over there are all CFAs.

CAP associate program seems interesting ? as u rotate between different business areas (from investing to HR) - but doesnt make sense for someone dead set on an investment role. There are better investment analyst development programs out there imo
