Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with an upset cusomter?
Don't even bother to apply for the work from home customer service job. They always have this position on and off, to put you through the ringer then send you a rejection afterwards. The video interview was the most unprofessional thing I have gone through, the first manager came on as a cartoon avatar and the second one did not even turn his camera on and left abruptly in a sarcastic matter.
If you have experience, they won't hire you. The recruiter will call you just to act like they are working.

Interview
Very easy process! After you apply, you get emailed an assessment. Then you do a one way video interview answering several questions regarding your experience and why are you are a good fit for the role. After that you have a phone conversation with a recruiter, and the last step is a video interview with a hiring manager. The entire process took about 2 weeks and my recruiter kept me updated every step of the way!
