Cappex interview questions

I submitted my resume and cover letter to Cappex and heard back within a week or two from an HR gentlemen who wanted to ask me a few questions. I responded back with answers and he interviewed me that afternoon. After that I had another phone interview and then was offered a final, third interview which is normally held in the office. At this point I was not yet living in Chicago and explained that to Cappex and they went out of their way to interview me anyway. I spent 3 hours being interviewed by the various staff members over Skype. Even before the interview I was already impressed by their willingness to be flexible regarding my situation.

Extremely organized interview process. 1 phone interview with the HR recruiter, 1 phone interview with potential direct report/manager, then was called in for face-to-face. They were punctual and scheduled 4 separate interviews in one time block which was great. I immediately got a great feel for the office space, the people, and the position.
