This has been the most unnecessarily long interview process I've ever experienced. I first was contacted by Michael Kors in November 2016 wanting me to come in for an interview. I was going to be out of town over the weekend she asked me if I could come in, so she said we could reschedule for after Black Friday weekend. After multiple attempts to get ahold of her after Black Friday to reschedule, we were finally able to schedule an in person interview. I drove out to the location after work (I currently work 8-5 Monday through Friday) and interviewed with the SM. She was very nice, it was a pretty laid back interview and we mostly just chatted but she told me she really liked me and wanted me to interview with the DM. I did a phone interview with the District Manager about a week later. Then after that, no response, and every time I tried to call the store to ask for the SM she was either not there or "busy" and would call me back. Took another few weeks to finally get in contact with her and we scheduled an interactive. I drove out there again on a Sunday and did the interactive interview on the sales floor, lasted about an hour. She then told me that her Regional Manager also wanted to be involved in the process and that she wanted me to do a phone interview with her. The SM contacted me a couple days later and asked my availability for a phone interview with the Regional Manager. We set up a FaceTime interview for 6:00pm on a weeknight. Then she texted me to let me know that the Regional Manager had gone home sick that day and we would need to reschedule, so we rescheduled for the same time the following Monday. Come that day, I got home from work and waited to hear from her. I got a text again from the SM about 30 mins before the scheduled interview, saying that the Regional Manager had stayed home sick again that day, and she would touch base with me in the morning to reschedule. It's been two weeks, and still no word from the SM about rescheduling for a FOURTH interview. I have not tried to contact them because at this point, they have proven to me that this is not a store I want to work for. She's made it clear that she does not find my time valuable at all, as I cannot even get a phone call to update me on the situation. The entire process has been going on for THREE MONTHS. For a Sales Supervisor position, not for an ASM or Store Manager.
