I applied in-person. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (Walnut Creek, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
My interview process was a little different. I was recruited to come work for Michael Kors by the Store Manager who was opening a new store. She came in to my store with another store manager within Michael Kors and they added me on LinkedIN asked if I would be interested in the Sales Supervisor position. I said no. They were relentless on getting me. So I went in to talk to them. I wanted a pretty high pay which we negotiated back and forth on since they couldn't give me the assistant manager position. It was a really informal interview. I guess the interview was more when they walked into my department and I started selling to them because at the time I worked at Gucci. I wasn't interested in leaving Gucci, however the pay was really good.
