It was a group interview first and then a one on one interview . It was very simple not that scary. It can be a fun and easy process if you are able to keep the conversation going .

I was interviewed by the assistant manager of the store. It was a face-to-face interview that started off with the manager asking questions about my strengths and weaknesses before moving on to discussing certain customer and employee situations. After providing a scenario, the manager asked for my input on what I would do, say, or react if this had actually happened. We talked about the tasks and demands that would be required of me as a stock associate and entirely as a Michael Kors team member. I filled out an employee availability form and contact sheet before leaving.

Three interviews: one with the assistant manager, second with the store manager/ GM, and last with the VP of sales. If you are lucky enough you skip the second step of the interview process. It is good to know about the company and current fashion trends.
