The interview is a group interview. And there were two people interviewing us three. We were asked to introduce ourselves and answer some basic questions first. Then the second interview was next few days, that asked us to work with teams in the store and then evaluate our performance.

I applied through my professor to get the job, and they emailed me back saying that they will have a phone-call interview. We had a conversation and asked about my past experiences. Since I didn't have enough experience, they seemed to lose interest.
The interview was fashion and company based so it is important to do your research on Michael himself and the company. I researched how Michael got his start into fashion and the making of the company itself. While I highly recommend researching any company before an interview I highly suggest it for this one.
