I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capri Holdings (Tucson, AZ)
Interview
My initial interview was with a visiting manager and it was a get to know you interview. It was very casual and easy. She connected me with the Store Manager for a second interview. The interview started as expected. She asked general questions about my experience. She asked where I like to shop and who my favorite designers were. However based on my experience she did ask several personal questions. She asked what do I like to do on the weekends, where are fun spots to hang out. She said she was new to the city so she was looking for fun things to do. She also asked me about several personal realationships. She realized we knew people in common based on my work experience . I did not think that was professional. After the question portion there is a floor interview. I could hear her asking the sales associates, " I don't know, what do you think? I'm like eh. " The entire experience was unprofessional. I expected more from this company. If this is how all stores are run, I would not have any interest in a job with Michael Kors in the future. She also talked poorly about my sales experience saying she never noticed great customer service in my store then appeared the following week to recruit my staff members.
