I talked to recruiter over the phone first. Then I had an interview through SKYPE with the same recruiter. After that, I had another interview through SKYPE with the DM and lastly a SKYPE interview with the Senior Director of stores.

Very professional and includes a secret shop to a shop. Had to interview with 3-4 people one of them was via Skype. Questions are fair and related to shopping experience, clientele and customer service.
