Capri Holdings Shop Manager interview questions

We met in the mall at a small bistro. I wore a white button front blouse with a black pencil skirt and nude pumps. I wore minimal jewelry and kept my hair simple to the side, straight not curly. DM was very welcoming and professional of course she was in all MK. She was not as intimidating as I assumed and smiled throughout the entire process. She spoke about the Company, asking me what I knew about MK. She wanted me to explain past experiences from my resume and touch on leadership experience as well. The core questions pertained to my skill set, needs, and future. At first I was petrified, but gained confidence quickly. Her jovial personality made it easy to relax and ultimately allowed me to be represent myself well. I left with a second interview!

Several interviews even on with the regional manger. It was an easy process, but long. Recommend that you relax and be yourself. This will make the process easier.
