Interview
The interview was 1.5 hours with the TA Operations manager, a recruiting manager, and a coordinator in 30-minute increments. Standard questions for this position. Everyone involved was easy to talk to and friendly.
I emailed a thank you note afterwards to the recruiter thanking him and asking if he could please forward to the interviewers as well and never heard any confirmation/never got any follow up feedback from the interview. It felt like a waste for 1.5 hours to not even get a "sorry, they're moving forward with someone else."

The process included 3 interviews: the first was just a phone screen, followed by a 45 minute call with the manager, and lastly a 1.5 hour set of 30 min interviews with various people on the team.
Overall I enjoyed the process, but felt like I had to constantly ask for updates on where I stood. The whole process took about 2 months when I was eventually told they were going with someone else.
