Cardinal Solutions Administrative Assistant interview questions

I applied online and the recruiter contacted me to set up an in-person interview. A few days later I went in and interviewed with 3 people. The interview process was very uncomfortable. They preach about their "culture" but I don't think they understand what that means. Everyone was very heads down, unfriendly, and overall just had a very weird vibe. Anyway, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. I sent two emails to check in and get an update on whether the position was filled or not and finally heard back a over a week later telling me they hired from within. Nice.
