CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield Senior Scrum Master interview questions

An offer was presented around noon on Friday and I stated I would like till Wednesday (2 full business days) to consider the offer. The offer was then rescinded because I did not accept it on the same day. Any reputable company will allow candidates time to consider the offer presented, apparently this is not something that CareFirst does. Stay away. 1-hour panel interview with Hiring Manager, Agile Coach, Staff SWE, Principal SWE. Hiring manager did not attend nor communicate with the team that he was unable to attend. Hiring manager then requested an additional 1:1 interview due their lack of communication regarding availability.
