I applied applied online, then did phone screen. HR people were very pleasant and engaging.
Face to face interview:
They gave a one page document (full of errors) and tell you to QA it. Simple for any good ID.
Asked about ADDIE, storyboarding, and Bloom's. Interviewer was all business, very professional, and good at redirecting when I went off on a tangent.

Interview
A recruiter asked if I was open to the position. I felt like I did quite poorly during the interview as I lacked familiarity with military training standards. While initially intimidating, in retrospect, Carley treats people quite fairly during the interview process.

Panel interview. Leaders seemed unhappy, focused on the negatives. Made it clear there is no room for creativity. After clarifying what I heard from them I took myself out of the running.
