      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Dec 9, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Carnival Cruise Line in Oct 2025

      Interview

Multi-step interview process. After you apply you receive an email to take an assessment. If you pass their assessment, you move on to the video interview. A couple of weeks after the video interview, you get an email to go to a Carnival job fair. The job fair was over 5 hours away. They didn't even bother to view the video interview. They expected to have about 200 applicants. Was not driving 5 hours getting a hotel room just to go to a job fair.
