I applied online. I interviewed at Carnival Cruise Line
Interview
Video interview was a few questions. Depending how you did determined if you got to next process. There was 3 or 4 questions. You recorded your response and then submitted.
The interview process consisted of two stages. The first was a video interview with pre-recorded questions where candidates recorded their responses. The second was a live virtual interview with two hiring managers conducted via a video conferencing platform.
The questions were primarily behavioral and competency-based, so I would recommend preparing STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) examples in advance. Topics focused on customer service, problem-solving, handling challenging situations, and demonstrating relevant experience.
The live interview lasted approximately one hour and was conversational but structured. The interviewers were professional and gave candidates an opportunity to elaborate on their experiences.
