It was okay, a telephone call to start with which was okay. They ask if you accept the terms on employment and explain the working conditions. They do ask a few “ tell me about a time when” questions, a lot to do with working with children and times when children have behaved a certain way and things like that. They emailed about 2/3 weeks later with a final interview time slot for a virtual interview and asked you prepare a pirate party introduction and ask you to announce it as if you are on a microphone and include a safety brief. I was asked more “tell me about a time when” questions but wasn’t offered a position with them. 1 tip would be when answering these questions, make sure you only really talk about what you were doing in those situations rather than what happened on a whole, I talked about the whole situation and what each person was doing at the time including myself but they only want to know your part in it,
