I had the interview with the agency first then hiring manager flew from HQ for an interview. It was quite good as far as I remembered. They had only waitress positions opening for my country at that moment. However, I was being honest with him that I would be able to reach my maximum potential as a Bar server more which will benefit more for the company as well. I challenged him that I understand I didn't have experience, but if I never have a chance how could I have that. The result was he give me a shot and I got the Job!

Smooth, started with hirevue recording myself,then I got the online one on one.on hirevue it was six questions they asked and at the end there are two games that you play,if you pass the hirevue then they will give you second interview where you will do a recruiter call and they will ask for cv
